McEachran and Lukaku ready to be Loaned by Andre Villas-Boas

Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas is rumored to be off Josh McEachran and Romelu Lukaku to another club in a loan, Villas-Boas felt compelled to lend them for a solid squad at Chelsea.
